I met the spending threshold last month but still didn't receive my bonus. Why not?

Please note that the bonus is based on Basic or Premier Cash Back only. The VIP membership Cash Back does not qualify towards this bonus. Also, Cash Back generated from Missing Purchase requests will not qualify. Please also note that Cash Back that was canceled, or any returns or chargebacks affecting Cash Back will not qualify towards bonus calculation. DubLi reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or make adjustments as needed.
