What is the refund / cancellation policy for the VIP membership?

Dubli will refund any VIP subscription purchase made in the last 30 days. To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team directly from the email address on file for your account. Once the refund request is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. You can keep your account open as a Basic/Premier account even if your VIP subscription is refunded.
